A fluid, creative, playful and dynamic style of yoga where the body and mind become woven together through the breath. A class that balances both effort and ease, challenging the physical body and mind before releasing and finding effortless surrender.

Expect to feel empowered by your authentic practice!

 

*a beginners course or a little experience in yoga is best before this class, or simply an openness to some sweaty, feel good, challenging movement! There will always be options given too.

yin + meditate

Yin yoga is a beautifully healing and restoring practice. We allow the body to drape into grounding postures, sometimes supported by bolsters, pillows, blankets and blocks, to release deeply held tension in the body. Marinading in the shapes for a few minutes allows us to get to the root of stress not only in body but sometimes in the mind, and begin to shift that stagnation! This class is open to all, so if you’re looking to deeply unravel deeply held tension in body and mind, this one is for you.

ashtanga remix

A class with roots in the traditional Ashtanga yoga practice, blended with elements of a creative vinyasa style practice. In this class we begin with warming, dynamic sun salutations, followed by moving into a strong standing sequence, sometimes playing with some challenging drills to fire up and empower the body, before closing with a seated sequence to unwind (before of course, savasana!). Create physical and mental strength, resilience and a sense of playfulness through challenge with this practice.

We recommend you have a bit of experience with yoga asana for this class, and are ready to move in a fun, empowering, dynamic way!

gentle
flow

Softly and slowly we unwind and ground the body, breath and mind through this gentle, fluid practice. All levels are welcome in this earthy practice with deliciously slow movement, pranayama (breath practice), meditation, and a deep releasing savasana.

Find a balance of effort and ease through this energising yet unwinding practice. We begin with an empowering, playful, strong flow practice weaving breath and movement together, before gently slowing the pace and ending with nourishing restorative shapes to allow the body and mind to completely release.

An even spicier variation on our vinyasa classes - expect to feel challenged, empowered and strong!​ In this class we usually focus on building to a 'peak' shape that challenges our minds + bodies, and lets us find joy in movement and celebration of our bodies. Bring your energy, this'll be a spicy one.

This practice is open to all young yogis from 12+, where we move through a fluid and empowering flow whilst connecting to practices to soothe anxiety and stress. Connect to your mind and body and let yourself release everything else in this class!

A powerful and dynamic flow designed to empower you by building trust in your body, all in a playful and energising way ready for the weekend. This practice is a fiery one, but know you get delish coffee and usually a vegan treat too afterwards!

This practice is open to all, with a focus on the foundations of a vinyasa practice for beginners. Expect to be guided through a flow balanced between strength and softness, before moving into a relaxation to bring calm to body and mind.

sunday sadhana

The aim of this class is to give you a reset, and inspire you to carry qualities of the practice with you through the week. In this practice, you can expect to be guided through a meditative flow including fluid movement, deliciously releasing stretchy shapes and mindful breathwork (pranayama), aiming to give you an opportunity to allow your body and mind to take from your practice exactly what it needs. This is then followed by a deep relaxation to bring space, clarity and kindness to the mind. This class is open to all, with options to make your practice a little more steady and strong, or keep it super chilled and gentle.

mum + baby yoga

A practice perfect for new mums + their bubs to come and chat, move, and breathe in a way that not only will bring some calm to the mind, postnatal strength to the body but also build connections and friendships with other mums!
